See it Yourself
We provide a school program for students, they create a social impact project, and volunteers mentor to help launch the projects. Students learn to build, lead, and serve.
our school programs
Students learn and apply project management, leadership, and entrepreneurship skills.
Students are placed in teams to create a project, & each takes on leadership roles to apply skills.
Volunteers mentor student teams as they complete & launch social impact projects.
How the program works
We select schools to partner with and receive our program at no cost for one school year. Once selected their students receive our 12 week program. In addition, we provide a PD for teachers.
Our instructors provide in school sessions with students, each week in person they facilitate a lesson… Students are placed in teams of 4-5 and volunteers work alongside them and mentor throughout the process.
We host a pitch competition . (this is take from another website so you have to modify the words) After completing the Lead4Change lessons, students can share their story of growth and impact by submitting their project. Each project addresses a community need and encourages students to develop a creative solution to support that need. All projects are entered to win grant money for their school, club or a nonprofit in their community.
